February 8, 2010 @ 12:15 amI read a poor review of this software, but I think that’s a matter of the user not fully understanding the program.
Caveats: When I tried to use the program to edit the music, it kept crashing. (I used another sound editing program to shorten the files) So, if you do not have any other type of sound editing program, such as WavePad, you will probably encounter the crash. Also, I did have trouble using my Bluetooth to load the tones, but using their “My Locker” system was *very* easy! My son, who is a member of a famous tech support group, didn’t think any ringtone software was worthwhile. He’s wrong.
I’m so glad that I can assign music from more obscure artists, such as Eleni Mandell and Joan Armatrading.
I *highly* recommend this program, if you use a different sound editor.

February 8, 2010 @ 1:44 amI have and love it. At first I didn’t know how to use it. But if your phone has a memory card, it’s amazing. mp3 what you want. Just cut and save. I use “save selection as” save it to “my music” file insert your memory card and there you go. I just wish the instructions were easy to understand. Now I’m buying this for my neices.

February 8, 2010 @ 4:10 amI LOVE this product. I have had it over a year now, and have been able to convert ANY song into a ring tone. Absolutely NO problems whatsoever, and compatible with any phone that can receive text messages (there are other ways to use it, but I do it over the air, via “my locker”).
I’ve read the complaints, and think they must be doing something wrong; this is seriously the easiest, most reliable (and cheapest) way to get custom ring tones. And no data charges (as long as you have texting included in your plan).
